Sawgrass at the Strand

The Sawgrass community is located on Persimmon Way in The Strand which has 1073 residences through 13 communities nestled with the Club at the Strand with its three 9-hole meticulously maintained golf courses. The Club at the Strand clubhouse, golf shop, dining rooms, tennis courts, pickleball courts, bocce courts, croquet court, pool, and fitness center, and more are not more than a half mile away.

Consisting of 29 beautifully designed single-family detached one and 2 story homes built in the late 1990’s to the early 2000’s, Sawgrass is the smallest of all the communities in the Strand. All homes are of earth tone colors, are of CBS construction, have terra cotta tile roofs, and 2-vehicle garages. Homes back up on the west/lanai-side to the Strand Golf Club’s Sabal course hole #2. Most of the homes include a pool and pool enclosure and some with side entering golf cart garages.
